HSP Cougar Invitational Forensic Tournament
Tournament Hosts:
Ms. Jill Stedman served as the Washington, D.C. Diocesan Director of
the National Catholic Forensic League from 2002-2006 and was the
long-time coach of the Georgetown Preparatory School forensics
team. Jill served as one of the coordinators for the 2003 NCFL
Grand National tournament sponsored by the Washington Arlington
Catholic Forensic League in Arlington, VA. She also served as the
tournament director for Student Congress at the George Mason University
Patriot Games tournament from 2004-2007; she served as the director of
the Extemp tabulation table at the NCFL Grand Nationals tournament from
2004-2006. Jill was the recipient of the 2005 George Mason
University Patriot Games Mentor Award and the 2006 WACFL Daniel S.
Master son Service Award. Jill moved to Atlanta in 2007 and joined the
faculty
at the Holy Spirit Preparatory School.
Dr. David Cutler has served as the assistant coach of the Georgetown
Preparatory School forensics team. He has provided tab room
assistance at many local Washington Arlington Catholic Forensic League
tournaments as well as several national tournaments including the
2003-2006 NCFL Grand Nationals tournaments, the Yale University
Invitational (2006), the University of Pennsylvania’s Liberty
Invitational (2007), and the George Mason University Patriot Games
(2005-2007). David re-located to Atlanta in 2007 and is a faculty
member at Emory University.
